The Process
How They’re Made
Five stages. Zero shortcuts. Every mask passes through the same hands that imagined it.
01 — Clay Sculpting
Everything starts from clay. We shape the design by hand until every wrinkle, scar, and texture that will bring the piece to life is achieved.
02 — Plaster Mold
Over the sculpture we build a plaster mold that captures even the smallest detail. It is the perfect negative of the piece.
03 — Latex Casting
We fill the mold with cinema-grade liquid latex. Once cured, we extract the raw mask — flexible and durable.
04 — Hand Painting
This is where the magic happens. Layer by layer we add color, depth, and realism until the mask comes to life. Then come the final finishes.
05 — Final Finishing
Sealing, texturing, hair implants when the design calls for it, and a final inspection. The mask only leaves the workshop when it meets our own standard.
Some designs feature synthetic fur or unique accessories for exclusive results.
